Notes:

Regular way

The regular way to run these in doing the Full Expanded Grade 0 line-up is to start with a particular terminal, then run Part 1 and work right through to Part 11. You would look at the four flows of each part, seeing how that part would apply to your own life with examples, and then run every single flow that seems to be charged.

Quick(ie) way

A quick (not always quickie) way is to start with a terminal and then, one by one, pick the parts you think might need flattening. You might do it like this if you are coming back to Exp Grade 0 and maybe trying to fill in any gaps, any things you might have missed the previous time you did it.
