Response Options:Going OKI've picked someone I've got charge on, that there are communication difficulties with:• Let's run this terminal with Flow 1 (inflow) • Let's run this terminal with Flow 2 (outflow) • Let's run this terminal with Flow 3 (crossflow) • Let's run this terminal with Flow 0 (self-flow) The "official" way to run Routine 0-A is to do everyone (as needed) on Flow 1, coming back to it over and over for the different people; then do Flow 2 in the same way; then Flow 3; then Flow 0 and you're done. But if it seems better to you to run all flows on one terminal before starting in on another terminal, well, it's your session. Notes:#15-3. Grade 0 Quads Part 3 (Routine 0-A)As soon as someone or something hot (charged) comes to mind, click the link and flatten the process on them! It's flat when you are cheerful about the item or no longer fascinated with it.Flow 3Flow 3 needs a pair of terminals each time — maybe your husband and your mother; or your wife and your drinking buddy; use all the pairs you can think of (a pair at a time!) that will create sparks.Emphasis on people (and beings)Routine 0-A is about certain people or types of people where there might be communication difficulties. The idea is to pick them all up right here in this process and flatten them if they haven't already been flattened. So before considering 0-A flat, look over your life and make sure none have been missed. If so, add them in and run them on 0-A.0-A might take 25 hours or more to run!Routine 0-A, this one, is your last chance in Grade 0 to take charge off and practice communication with particular people in your life.General overviewGeneral versus specificThere are many types of people listed here, but obviously this list is not personalized to you specifically. You can use the general terms if there is some charge or difficulty there, but it will go much better if you make use of specific people in your life that you know. So, for example, although "mother" is listed here, you would run 0-A on your own mother, and not the general term. The long lists of people types is so that seeing the item "accountant," for instance, might jog your memory about an accountant you once had who you had a rough time communicating with.Include both past and presentThis would include past places you lived in, past people you might have forgotten about, personal and business relationships that might have lapsed for one reason or another.Types of peopleRelatives: Mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, grandparents, etc. Friends: School friends, college friends, club friends, sports friends, drinking buddies, internet friends, friends from work, friends of friends, husband/wife/partner/children's friends if you interact with them too, etc. Co-workers: Current job; former job; husband/wife/partner's co-workers if you interact with them too, etc. Neighbors: Ones you talk to, ones you don't, next door, other side, up the road, down the road, across the street, a street or two over; ex-neighbours from other places you lived.
