Notes:

Here, "glib" is not a good thing. It means that the person may have memorized huge chunks of the subject and have some superficial familiarity with it but no in-depth understanding. He will not be able to actually apply the subject, to get products in the subject, despite being able to talk easily about the it and sound impressive to a listener who is not himself an expert in the subject.
