Recall Int RD: 07 Kicked Out of Spaces — Assess 4 Flows

AUDIO: "OK. Go over the four flows and select whichever is the hottest at this moment."

Response Options:

• F1: you were kicked out of spaces

• F2: you kicked another out of spaces

• F3: another or others kicked themselves or others out of spaces

• F0: you caused yourself to be kicked out of spaces

• All four of these seem flat right now

• Shutting down | Don't want to continue | Realization

Write on Report:

Write the time every now and then
Write the Int Button
Mark each instance you execute a command
Write brief comments as needed

Assess? Hottest? Huh?

Obviously there is no meter used in PaulsRobot, but you still have to decide about the hottest item from the list. One way is to talk aloud about the item for ten seconds or so. Talk to the wall maybe. If the item is hot, then you might notice your voice catching, or emotion welling up, strong feelings, or something like that. In this case, you should also be interested in running the item.

Mark how hot each button is at the moment of assessment

Mark the read or amount of TA, maybe as a numerical score, maybe even as a familiar x (no read), sF (small fall), F (fall), LF (long fall) etc.

Click on the hottest button

Click on the hottest button.

Maybe none are hot right now

Possibly NO button is hot at the moment. Maybe they are all flat, or maybe you're too blown out (or distracted) for any charge to register. Decide which and act accordingly.

Overall outline of rundown:

  1. Assess the 12 Int buttons to find the hottest button right at this moment
  2. Assess the four flows re that button to find the hottest flow right at this moment
  3. Flatten with recall that hottest flow of that hottest button
  4. Reassess the four flows re that same button
  5. Flatten with recall any remaining hot flows of that same button
  6. Repeat 1-5 above until full EP of Recall Int Rundown.
