Notes:Drill 1. Placing thoughts in objects and altering their characterIf you have done the 6-direction process, then the action of this drill will be familiar. It involves thinking a thought and placing the thought in an object, then and making changes to that thought. When you have finished the different aspects of this on one thought in one object, the drill will have you think another thought in another object. You will then continue like this with many thoughts and many objects until there is no more change in you from doing this, and you feel fairly confident in your ability to place thoughts in objects and alter them there. Step 1: Place a thought in an objectThink a thought, any simple thought. Place this thought in an object visible to you, maybe a chair or wall. Aim at doing this in one action, i.e. think the thought in the object rather than thinking it inside your head first or wherever you usually think things. It's OK to do it in two actions if you need to.Click the link when you have placed the thought in the object. Add in Rub & Yawn if needed as usual |
