Notes:

Drill 2. Placing emotions in objects and altering their character

This drill involves creating an emotion in an object, and making changes to that emotion. When you have finished the different aspects of this on one emotion in one object, the drill has you create another emotion in another object, and so on until you are confident and competent at creating emotions in objects and changing their character.

Step 2: Change that emotion where it is

Now alter the character of that same emotion. Make it larger or smaller, greater or lesser in intensity. Make it permeate the object thoroughly, or just kind of spread over the surface. Make any other change you wish, but keep it to that same emotion in that same object.

Click the link each time you alter the character of the emotion.

Continue like this, i.e.

  1. make a change in that same emotion in that same object
  2. mark a "c" on your report along with a mark for any discharge
  3. click the link each time
until there is no further change in you from altering the character of that particular emotion in that particular object. If you don't keep in the discipline of doing this or noting the specific emotion and object, it is very easy to lose track of what you are doing.

Add in Rub & Yawn if needed as usual
