Notes:

Hello and OK

Imagine your loved one responding to your communication. The "OK" can be aloud or silent as you wish. Have the intention that this communication really occur. The idea is that after a while, with "the line greased" a real communication will replace the imaginary one.

When you have done this, say something aloud, at least "Yes." You do not have to be certain that there has been any definite contact, but you should be certain that you tried for it, even slightly.

You can change among these seven contact techniques whenever you wish, but give one a chance to work before moving on.
