Aura body 5

Aura body 5 is called the etheric template because it contains all the forms that exist on the physical plane in a blueprint or template form. That is, it looks rather like the negative of a photograph. It is the template form for the etheric layer, which is the template form for the physical body. The etheric layer of the energy field derives its structure from the etheric template layer. It is the blueprint or the perfect form for the etheric layer to take. It extends from about one and one half to two feet from the physical body. To clairvoyant sight, these forms appear as clear or transparent lines on a cobalt blue background, much like an architect's blueprint, only this blueprint exists in another dimension. It is as if a form is made by completely filling in the background space, and the empty space left creates the form.

Change your perceptions

As best you can, switch your higher sense perception depth to that of Aura Level 5. Be in tune with its special vibration rate. See it, feel it, touch it. Try to fully inhabit the etheric template body including the chakras. Try to exclude your perceptions of other levels.

Reach

Reach to your _____ means sort of mentally feel for it, look at it, or contact it in some way. This can include fully embracing it if you can, but does not have to. If you cannot actually see or sense it, imagine what it looks and feels like in the correct location in relation to body parts that you can see or touch. When you have done this as best you can, it's a good idea to say something aloud, like Yes.

You can also try and feel the outer layer of that auric body, but if doing that be careful not to think of that auric body as only extending out from the skin of your physical body.
