The Hara Level

Upper hara line

The upper part of the hara line connects the soul seat to the ID point. It is shown in several places in the Info Page article, along with its possible misalignment.

Change your perceptions

As best you can, switch your higher sense perception depth to that of the hara level. Be in tune with its special vibration rate. See it, feel it, touch it. Try to fully inhabit this hara level item. Try to exclude your perceptions of other items and other levels.

R & W on a hara part

When reaching to a hara part, you may find it helpful to place your physical body hand(s) on the skin above where the part is, and imagining your ghost hand(s) reaching into your physical body to touch the hara part deep inside. For the parts outside the body, get your physical hand(s) as close as you can. For the molten core of the Earth, well, s-t-r-e-t-c-h!
