Wind-up pages

Windup 1

Windup 1 should be viewed in session after finishing the final Grade process, #16.

Windup 2-7

These should be viewed in a separate session, in a quiet environment when you are in a reflective mood. Here is Windup 2.

Write on Report:

The time
Name of the Grade
Name of the process
For example:

7:37 pm
Exp Grade 0

Notes:

Getting on with it

Pick a process to run. The next screen will give the first command straight off. Feel free to chew it over a bit to work out what it means, then reload/refresh the page to start running it.

These are the usual processes

These are the regular processes listed out by Clearbird in his Road to Clear. They are run here as closely as possible to the original, with the minimal changes needed to fit within the PaulsRobot paradigm.

Run each process till flat

Obviously no meter is used. In a regular Rub & Yawn PaulsRobot session, the body's natural energy exchange mechanisms are used to determine when topics or incidents are flat. Here, without using the meter, and without using Rub & Yawn, you have to determine in some other way when something is flat. The suggested end-point is as given here.

Choosing what to run

The routine way of "running Expanded Grades" is to start at the beginning and work through to the end in sequence. If you have run them before, or parts of them before, and think some stuff got missed, you might want to just lightly touch on every process in sequence and see if it "bites" or not. If not, drop it, and go on to the next one.

Flatten a process in the same session

It's usually a good idea to flatten a short process in the same session if possible. If not possible, then flatten it in the next session (or the next) as soon as you can. Longer processes can run to many, many sessions, and should simply be taken to a good point in that session.

Grades vs. Expanded Grades

Some people (apparently) can get the full end phenomena from merely doing the main Grade process (the final ones) of each Grade. The full Expanded Grade, with maybe a dozen more processes and dozens more hours of auditing addressing the Grade area, will usually be far more effective. But the main Grade processes alone are still valuable, and Academy level students have them (and not the full Expanded Grade) as their auditing requirements.

Troubleshooting

There are the options of doing regular mid-session rudiments or an L1C, which you can find by clicking the "Don't want to continue" link on most pages. There is also the regular PaulsRobot Troubleshooting procedure, which can be very effective, even though it might not be what one is accustomed to.
