Which order to do things?

Int-Ext-Stay by Groups

Broadly speaking, you want to find and discharge the hottest intentions re Int/Ext/Stay. The purpose of this "by Groups" variation is to nail intentions you might not have found in the General Int-Ext-Stay Rundown by suggesting various possibilities in specific areas of your life.

Most useful = intentions; most easy = incidents

The usual way to do the general Int-Ext-Stay RD is to:

  1. (Part 1) See if you can come up with intentions straight off, and if so discharge them with Repeater Technique
  2. (Part 2) If that doesn't fly, choose a hot button and try to spot (and discharge) the intentions now
  3. (Part 3) If that doesn't fly, discharge a bunch of incidents and try to spot relevant intentions after this.
If you still can't spot any intentions — and many can't — at least you will have discharged a bunch of relevant incidents.

Choices

You choose which way to do this, depending on how well or badly you can spot intentions:
  • Method 1:
    1. Hot Group 1 > Hot Item 1A --> Part 1
    2. Hot Group 1 > Hot Item 1A --> Part 2
    3. Hot Group 1 > Hot Item 1A --> Part 3
  • Method 2:
    1. Hot Group 1 > Hot Item 1A --> Part 1
    2. Hot Group 1 > Hot Item 1B --> Part 1 (another item, same group)
    3. Hot Group 2 > Hot Item 2A --> Part 1 (hottest item in another group), and so on
  • Method 3:
    1. Hot Group 1 > Hot Item 1A --> Part 2 (you already discovered on the General Int-Ext-Stay RD that Part 2 worked best for you)
    2. Hot Group 1 > Hot Item 1B --> Part 2 (another item, same group)
    3. Hot Group 2 > Hot Item 2A --> Part 2 (hottest item in another group), and so on
  • Method 4 etc:
    1. Well, you get the idea. They are your sessions. Find out by trial and error what works best for you and doesn't leave a bunch of stirred-up charge that keeps attracting your attention, and go with that.

(Note: You have the option of running these actions addressing ownership issues if you wish.)
