PTP handling

Definition

A Present Time Problem is a circumstance existing in the outside world that the person considers he should be doing something about instead of having a session right now.

Handle it in the outside world if rapidly possible

If it is something that can be rapidly remedied, like putting money in a parking meter or going to the toilet, that should be done and one should not attempt to audit it out instead!

Usual handling

The standard way of addressing it in Scn auditing is for the person to talk about it, saying what it is, and if that doesn't free up his attention to look for an earlier similar problem and state what that one is. And maybe an even earlier one.

Key out

A Present Time Problem, like any rudiment, can also simply key out (disappear from one's attention) by merely looking at it momentarily. If this happens, no further handling is needed or even desirable.
