Notes:

Drill 1. Placing thoughts in objects and altering their character

If you have done the 6-direction process, then the action of this drill will be familiar. It involves thinking a thought and placing the thought in an object, then and making changes to that thought.

Step 2: Alter the character of that same thought

Now alter the character of that same thought. Make the thought larger or smaller. Make it permeate the object thoroughly, or just kind of spread over the surface. Make any other change you wish, but keep it to that same thought in that same object. Mark your report.

Click the link when you have made some alteration to the character of the thought.

Continue like this, i.e.

  1. make a change in that same thought in that same object
  2. mark a "c" on your report along with a mark for any discharge
  3. click the link each time
until there is no further change in you from altering the character of that particular thought in that particular object. If you don't keep in the discipline of doing this or noting the specific thought and object, it is very easy to "get lost" and lose track of what you are doing.

Add in Rub & Yawn if needed as usual
