Physical body

Your choice

You can work on whichever part or parts of the physical body you wish, large or small, or even the body as a whole. Select whichever term seems most appropriate.

Address the actual objects themselves, not merely a concept of them

Note that the general idea in this module is to do R & W on the actual things. If you cannot actually see or sense the thing, then imagine what it looks or feels like in the place where it should be in relation to the parts of the body that you can see or sense. Don't do R & W on some vague concept up in the air somewhere. Do it in the same way as you would do R & W on your actual head (that feels hot) and not on the fever.

Try a hidden body part before your aura, hara or core star

Before going on to one of the other three dimensions, do get familiar with doing Reach & Withdraw on at least one part that you cannot see, maybe the liver or a thighbone.

Use your hand or ghost hand

If you're doing R & W on your arm, say, you may find it helpful to touch the arm with your hand. Similarly, if doing R & W on the liver, say, you may find it helpful to put your hand touching your body on top of where your liver is, and imagine yourself reaching into the body with a ghost hand to touch the liver.

Rub & Yawn when needed as usual
