I've also run 6-dir and this incident is flat. Plenty of session time left. Let's run another incident, preferably an earlier incident with a similar feeling (or similar experience if you're running experiences and not feelings)

This incident is flat. Plenty of session time left. Let's go back to the period of time [incidents] I was scanning generally before this incident interrupted it

This incident is flat. Plenty of session time left. Let's go back to the period of time I was scanning 4 flows before this incident interrupted it

Notes:

What happened?

Initially you would recount the event aloud, with special attention on any charged parts that you feel you need to talk about. Make notes in your worksheets as appropriate.

Subsequent times through

If this is another time through, there is no need to repeat saying aloud or writing down the same text as before. But you can if you feel a need to. Put the main emphasis on new things that have come to view.

Select the right link!

Be careful to choose the right response option, otherwise the next actions won't make sense. However, if you do end up on the wrong page, just use your browser back button to return. The three avenues addressed in BasicR3X are:
  • Locating and running a single incident,
  • Locating and running a series of incidents (includes General [not 4-flow] Lifetime Scanning),
  • Doing 4-Flow Lifetime Scanning or 4-Flow Time/Item running.

Rub & Yawn when needed as usual
