This is a Phase 3 activity

Don't start on this list if you're not up to Phase 3 work at PaulsRobot.

Provisional list!

The way this list is set up to selectively trigger and then discharge individual topics is not provisional, but the actual items on it and their sequence are highly provisional.

Research needed

Army veterans should be surveyed as to their actual experiences, and the stressful ones should be categorised and put on the list. Ideally, the more stressful an item, and the more people that a particular line would apply to, the higher up the list it should go.

Purpose of the list

The point of the list is bring relief to the user. It does this by broadly suggesting areas where charged topics might be found, and then leading into procedures that release the encysted sensations and emotions. The idea is to strike a happy medium as shown below. The list would ideally contain the most fruitful areas for individual charged topics to lie, and by gradually working through the list and discharging what gets brought to view, an individual can get a great deal of relief.

Too broad a view

A question like "stress in the Army?" will probably miss, as the guy has already discharged as much as a general look will achieve.

Too narrow a view

On the other hand, a question like, "Did an Irish lieutenant kick you in the nuts?" is also likely to miss as being too specific.

Just right

But a question like "someone got killed?" or "substance abuse?" might well trigger a charged topic and bring it to mind, at which point it can be explored and discharged.

Adding in Rub & Yawn is strongly recommended
