Psycho: [Step 9] Choose Next Run Focus

AUDIO: "All right. Choose the focus for your next run-through of the scene."

Response Options:

Doing OK

I would like to run through the scene in my topic with the focus on:
Just generally | Hidden or repressed aspects | Sensations | Emotions | Thoughts | Other viewpoints | Possibly imaginary aspects | Spiritual/cosmic aspects | Zoom in (time/space) | Zoom out (time/space) | A shock moment | What-if ...? | Act out future events/consequences | Different characters/events | Different time | Different place

Other

Shutting down | Don't want to continue | Realization

Write on Report:

The time, if not noted for a while
Focus on _____ (as applicable)
For example:

5:55 pm
Focus on Mkqqnb

Notes:

Run through many, many times

The idea is to run through scenes in your topic as many times as it takes, from many different angles, until it is no longer an issue for you at all. This might take one session, or many sessions.

Which one to choose?

You don't have to use all of these different angles. You can do the same one over and over. You don't have to do them in sequence. Try ones that seem like they might be useful to you. Or experiment a bit. It's all at your own choice.
