Which order to do things?

Int-Ext-Stay RD

Broadly speaking, you want to find and discharge the hottest intentions re Int/Ext/Stay.

Most useful = intentions; most easy = incidents

The usual way to do the General Int-Ext-Stay RD is to:

  1. (Part 1) See if you can come up with intentions straight off, and if so discharge them with Repeater Technique
  2. (Part 2) If that doesn't fly, choose a hot button and try to spot (and discharge) the intentions now
  3. (Part 3) If that doesn't fly, discharge a bunch of incidents and try to spot relevant intentions after this.
If you still can't spot any intentions — and many can't — at least you will have discharged a bunch of relevant incidents.

Choices

You choose which way to do this, depending on how well or badly you can spot intentions:
  • Method 1:
    1. Part 1 --> You spot lots of intentions, run Repeater, lots of charge comes off
    2. Part 2 --> You don't find much left at all
    3. Part 3 --> Waste of time
  • Method 2:
    1. Part 1 --> You don't find much straight off
    2. Part 2 --> *Now* you can spot some intentions, you run Repeater etc.
    3. Part 3 --> This works OK
    4. Part 1 --> Now you can find further intentions using Part 1
  • Method 3:
    1. Part 1 --> Waste of time
    2. Part 2 --> Waste of time
    3. Part 3 --> This works, sort of
    4. Part 1 --> Waste of time
    5. Part 2 --> This works better now
  • Method 4 etc:
    1. Well, you get the idea. They are your sessions. Find out by trial and error what works best for you and doesn't leave a bunch of stirred-up charge that keeps attracting your attention, and go with that.

Int/Ext/Stay

It would seem that by concentrating on *only* Int one can miss a lot of charge. This lack is remedied in this particular Int-Ext-Stay RD, which expands the scope of the limited "Int RD" to include:
  • Interiorization,
  • Exteriorization,
  • Simply being there (without Inting or Exting),
  • All of this with regard to space, time, conditions, and things (solid or not).

Intentions

This rundown is based on intentions. Running an intention using a Repeater technique brings to view many incidents involving that same intention and these can all be discharged in one go.

Correcting past Int errors

If this RD won't run because of past auditing errors or stirred-up charge in the area, then it is recommended you release that charge with a simple Rub & Yawn application on the topic of My Int handlings or whatever you think is appropriate.

End Point of Rundown

There are various end points, depending on why you are doing this RD. They are covered here.

(Note: You have the option of running these actions addressing ownership issues if you wish.)
